A: We want you to love your jewellery! If you're not completely happy, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's in its original, unworn condition and packaging. Please note, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be refunded unless faulty. Made-to-order pieces are non-refundable, but we will repair any manufacturing faults within 6 months of purchase.
