Store safely: Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or lined box to prevent scratches and tangling. Keep them in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive refund policy. Customers may request to return their items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the jewellery is in its original, unworn condition and accompanied by its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty or damaged when you receive them. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on any of our made-to-order pieces of jewellery. Sophie's Sister Fine Jewellery will repair any manufacturing faults with any of our made-to-order jewellery products within the first 6 months of purchase.
