Because we purchased the most beautiful laboratory grown, pink heart diamond yesterday at the jewellery show, I thought you might like to know a little bit about them 💕

Laboratory-grown pink diamonds are diamonds, with essentially the same chemical, and physical properties as natural diamonds. The difference is simply their origin: they’re grown using advanced technology rather than formed deep within the Earth.

Their gorgeous pink colour is usually created by carefully introducing tiny changes into the diamond’s crystal structure, often using irradiation followed by controlled heating. These changes affect how light travels through the stone, producing shades from delicate blush and rose to vibrant hot pink and pinkish-purple 💕

In practical terms, a laboratory-grown pink diamond can be roughly 80–99% less expensive, depending on colour intensity and quality.
For jewellery intended to be enjoyed rather than treated as a rare collectible, laboratory-grown pink diamonds offer a much larger and more impressive stone for the budget 💕
